Easy-Peasy Pizza

*Note: I kind of have a back-log of stuff to blog about, including old work stories, so I'm hoping to get caught up soon.  In the meantime, please enjoy my favorite version of homemade pizza.

What you need:
Tubes of crescent roll dough.  (1 tube will make four of these, so buy accordingly)
Pizza sauce
Cheese (I like mozzarella and sharp cheddar)
Spinach or whatever other toppings you like

STEP 1:
I did spray the pan.  Use your judgment.
Unroll your dough, using two crescent triangles together (they're basically together anyway) to make a single rectangle.  (I suppose you could spread this out to make it thinner, but I don't bother.)

STEP 2:
Spread your pizza sauce on.  We like a lot of sauce, so I used approx. 2Tbsp. for each one.  Use more or less depending on your taste.

STEP 3:
Throw some yum-tastic spinach on there.  (Or whatever your pizza-loving heart fancies.)  I'm pretty simple, so I usually only have cheese and maybe one veggie.  I like throwing spinach in here because it's a super good way to get the nutrients of spinach without it being in a salad or such.

STEP 4:
Throw a little bit of cheese on that bad boy.

STEP 5:
I never claimed to be a "neat" cook.
Fold 'em over into triangles.  (Alternatively, you can just fold them just regularly in half.)  Some toppings might spill out.  Don't worry about it too much.  If edges come apart, you can always press 'em together with your fingers.

STEP 6:
Bake @ 375 *(F) for about 13-15 minutes.

STEP 7:
Yum!

Awesome served with a side salad.
